Convention Expo has been affiliated with the Model and Talent MB Expo for almost a decade. Our philosophy of providing a positive experience for everyone attending is our proudest achievement. As the “Agency of the Year”, we have proven that our participants come to the Model and Talent MB Expo with realistic expectations, a strong desire to succeed and an optimistic attitude, leading to a positive experience.

The Model and Talent MB Expo started as a method for flourishing talent to be seen in a controlled environment by multiple managers, agents, agencies and talent managers from major talent organizations in the United States and throughout the world. This exclusive opportunity is limited to only selected participants. Typically, agents and managers are in attendance from New York, Los Angeles, Japan, Europe, England, Atlanta, Miami and more. The idea that someone can meet 30 to 40 high level managers in one setting is unique to the Model and Talent MB Expo, and is the reason it remains one of the strongest tools in assisting people in moving their careers forward. Not everyone that comes to the Model and Talent MB Expo gets a “call back,” but everyone selected to attend does get the opportunity to sit down with the agents and managers and find out what the agents and managers are looking for, and what they can personally do to improve their future chances.

The Model and Talent MB Expo has many informational workshops that take place throughout the weekend, with experts from many different fields in the entertainment industry teaching prospects and their parents about auditioning, how to break into “Broadway Shows”, runway techniques, camera techniques, dealing with Casting Directors and more. These optional workshops are available for everyone in attendance.

Most of all, being chosen for the Model and Talent MB Expo is about having fun and pursuing your dream. We encourage parents and spouses to attend and we make it fun for everyone that comes to the Expo. The number of people that return for multiple Model and Talent MB Expo’s is a testament to a positive learning experience and the fun that all of our participants experience.
