PROGRAM BOOK
INFORMATION
Deadline for
Program Pictures is
October 6 (IF this deadline is
missed an additional fee of $50.00 per
picture/ad will apply and photos will appear in
in a Supplement to the Program Book).
If shooting with an
MTM/Expo approved photographer photo submissions will be taken care of
as long as the scheduled photoshoot is within the
above stated deadline.
Photo submissions
requirements:
Minimum
File Choices (Can be emailed or mailed):
1) Master .jpg digital file (typically 1mg-4mg in
size)
2) Photo Quality picture, minimum 5x7, maximum
8x10
1) Send file as an
email attachment. BE CAREFUL as some email applications
will reconfigure and send digital files at 72dpi.
(if this happens please go into the email program
preference folder and
manually override or fix this. FYI...Larger
files take longer to transfer and send.
2) Re-size the .jpg
digital file to the following minimum
requirements: Resolution: 300dpi Size: either 4x6
or 5x7.
3) Scan a photo to
email. Minimum requirements: Resolution: 300dpi
Size: either 4x6 or 5x7.
4) Subject line should
read "Program Book Photo for (talent name/City
that John Casablancas is located)

The following information is REQUIRED
whether submitting via e-mail, CD or printed
photo: (submissions without the following
information will not be accepted):
Name, City that JC Center is located, Division, Age, Height
REGULAR

via any of these carriers: USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL,
etc (Choose one method)
1) Create a CD with
the file(s) on it. To do so, drag the file
to be sent to a blank CD and send the CD to the
address below. (For ease in identification please
rename the file to the model's or talent's name
2) Send a printed (photo
quality) picture minimum 5x7 in size
maximum 8x10
The following information is REQUIRED
to be submitted along with CD and printed photo
submissions: (submissions without the following
information will not be accepted):
Name, JC Center location, Agency, Division, Age, Height

Ads must be
camera ready/photo quality. (minimum

Quarter Page 3.5 wide x 4.75 tall
Half Page Horizontal 7.5 wide x 4.75 tall
Half page Portrait 3.5 wide x 9.75 tall
Full page minimum 7.25 wide and 9.75 tall and
maximum 8.25 x 10.75
Editor of the Expo
Magazine reserves the right to put ad placement
throughout the magazine and insert as they feel
works best for the entire flow of the magazine.
